Listening

First we listen. Understanding your business and its requirements, along with its audiences, markets and ambitions is essential for any successful project. Then can we offer creative solutions that whilst surprising and ambitious, will meet or exceed the project objectives.

Thinking

We carefully consider how what is now a brief, can be delivered in a way that is truly effective. This is the creative bit and requires debate, discussion and some head-scratching. This is the magic place where knowledge gained from listening meets with knowledge of how to make things work.

Doing

So we have an amazing idea. It underpins your strategy and knocks socks of the competition. But we need to make it work, and make it work beautifully. So we design, craft and build everything. From branding and positioning, to site wireframes, layouts and social channels. We do this together with you, with the original goals in mind at all times.

Since founding Taylor / Thomas in 2008, our aim has always been to bring design effectiveness to everything we do.

Experienced / Accessible

Founding partners Marcus Taylor and Craig Thomas both have more than 15 years experience working for large international brands, as well as small independents. Whilst we continue to grow, our team remains small. We like it that way. It allows us to be hands-on and ensures a consistent level of service and accessibility which our clients appreciate.

Pragmatic / Creative

It's important to balance creativity with pragmatism. Creativity is the lynchpin of what we do, but it has to live in the real world. Yet within the parameters of any project, we always strive to be ambitious, and ultimately effective.

Design / Technology

These days, everyone claims to be fluent in both branding and digital. We believe we are still a rather unusual and genuine hybrid of these very different disciplines. Equally experienced in brand positioning, and the technical understanding required to deliver it with flair.
